Due to the impact of the annual Spring Festival holiday and its changing timing, the rental rate index in January and February has been jumping significantly. Overall, the occupancy rate index of all models in January was in a declining state compared to the same period last year and month on month. Among them, models below 24m had the largest month on month decline, all exceeding 30.0%, while models above 40m had the smallest decline of 11.4%. The year-on-year rental rate index of various models in January 2025 showed a decline of over 30.0% for forklifts below 12m, over 20.0% for boom trucks between 14-28m, and the smallest year-on-year decline of over 10.0% for models above 30m. (The occupancy rate is calculated based on the number of days per unit, with a 100% occupancy rate corresponding to 1000 points.)
According to the statistical calculation of the reported data, the rental price index of the lifting work platform will continue to decline in January 2025, with a month on month decrease of 2.0%. The rental price index of various models has little fluctuation in the month on month trend. Except for the slight increase in the ring ratio of models above 40m, other models have a slight decline. The smallest decline is in the 14-16m model, which is less than 1.0%. In January 2025, the rental price index of the lifting work platform decreased by 18.0% year-on-year, and the rental price index of various models was in a downward trend. Among them, the 20-24m model had the largest year-on-year decline of 21.5%, and the 14-16m model had the smallest year-on-year decline of 12.8%.
